Congressman Nick Rahall will host a town hall
meeting on
health care reform on Monday Aug. 31, 2009 at the Joan C. Edwards Performing Arts
Center on the campus of Marshall University. The event is scheduled to
begin at 12:15 p.m.
Tickets are required for the event. Tickets are available on a first
come first serve basis. The event begins at 12:15pm, but tickets will
be made available at 9:00 a.m. Tickets are limited to two (2) per
person.
It is advised that those wishing to attend the town hall arrive at
least one hour in advance or obtain their tickets as soon as they
become available at 9:00 a.m.

- 10:30 am - Cap and Trade School in the Capitol Cultural Center with speaker Shelly Moore Capito. This will be held in a town hall format.
- Directly after the cap and trade school, there will be a huge rally on the South Steps of the Capitol. Bring your Flag, Bring a sign, Bring a friend!
- Don Nehlan - Former WVU coach and Charles Wilfong - WV Farm Bureau President will also speak.

Below is an e-mail from Gary Rugel, Transportation Director, for the Glen Beck 912 trip to D.C. in September.As mentioned he can send the buses in different directions.What he will need from you, if interested is a stopping point for pickup.For the bus or busses going by way of Beckley he will need a point to pick up people in the Beckley area.
